Getting Started

Get oriented before you begin working in the platform.

This guide introduces the login flow, main navigation, tenant context, and the best first actions for a new user.

What You’ll Learn

  • How to sign in and complete access setup
  • How to read the main sidebar
  • How tenant context affects what you see
  • Which product areas to visit first

Users typically enter through the login screen and authenticate with email and password or Microsoft sign-in, depending on how the tenant is configured.

1

Open the login page

Enter your email address and password, or use Microsoft sign-in if your organization has that option enabled.

2

Complete two-factor authentication if required

Some tenants require two-factor authentication setup during the first login and a code during future sign-ins.

3

Land on your default page

After authentication, users are usually routed to the dashboard or, for admins, an administrative landing view.

Use a clean sign-in state that shows the standard fields and the Microsoft sign-in option if it is available.

Tenants and Permissions

The platform is multi-tenant. Users may work at a root, tenant, or sub-tenant level, and that context can change the data and actions available on each screen.

  • Expect the current tenant or hierarchy level to shape visible data.
  • Admin users may have broader visibility and management actions.
  • Some teams can access child organizations or switch context more broadly than others.

Recommended First Steps

For most new users, this sequence provides the fastest orientation.

1

Review the dashboard

Use the dashboard to understand the overall environment and where the highest-priority issues are likely to appear.

2

Confirm integrations

Make sure the source systems your workflows and reports depend on are connected and healthy.

3

Visit analytics or workflows based on role

Reporting users often move into dashboards and reports, while operators usually go into workflows and alerting.
