Operating Intelligence
Measure the value created by operational work.
Operating Intelligence turns Reveal activity into proof: time saved, labor capacity, direct business value, customer impact, evidence events, and automation reliability.
Use This Guide To Explain
- How value events are grouped by Reveal and customer
- How labor value is calculated from role rates
- How evidence events support the rollups
- How run health shows reliability and attention areas
Value Rollups
The Operating Intelligence view summarizes measurable leverage from installed Reveals. Users can filter by date range, customer or target, Reveal, and run scope to understand where value came from.
- Labor Capacity estimates work avoided by automation and AI-assisted outputs.
- Business Value combines labor value with direct commercial opportunity where available.
- Customer Proof shows which customers, accounts, or targets received measurable value.
- Evidence Events provide source-backed detail behind each metric.
Evidence Events
Evidence events are the source-backed records behind the rollups. They show the Reveal, action, outcome, units, time, value, target, related entity, references, and calculation context.
Capture the event details, calculation, references, and structured payload sections.
Automation Health
Health rollups show how reliably Reveals are running. Use this area to find failed runs, warning runs, targets that need attention, and the run history behind value claims.
Valuation Settings
Administrators can configure default hourly rates and role-based rates so labor capacity is translated into value using assumptions that match the organization.
